Shipping Policy

At Visionary, we work with suppliers and fulfillment partners to ship products directly to our customers. Because products may come from different suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on the item, supplier, destination, and carrier.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-demand periods, holidays, or supplier delays, processing may take longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary by product and destination. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–21 business days after processing.

Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on the supplier, shipping carrier, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

International Shipping Notice

Orders inside the U.S. are processed normally.

For orders outside the U.S., shipping availability may vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination country.

When you place an order, your payment may be authorized at checkout, but it is not fully captured until your order is confirmed and fulfilled.

Before international orders are fulfilled, we confirm that the item can be shipped to your country. If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you and cancel the order or void the payment authorization.

You will receive a shipping and tracking email once your order has been confirmed and shipped.

International Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country.

Customs processing may also cause delays outside of our control.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This can happen when products come from different suppliers or warehouses.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers may take several days to update tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Visionary is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, weather, holidays, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages
