All Sales Final
At Visionary, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, sizing, colors, shipping information, and quantity.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately through the chat feature on our website, by email at visionarymakersupport.com, or by sending us a direct message on Instagram at @visionarymaker.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
We will review the issue and determine the best way to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Shipping delays outside of our control
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, opened, or damaged after delivery
- Personal care, hygiene, beauty, or skincare-related products
- Sale items, clearance items, or gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.
European Union Orders — Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, certain orders may be eligible for a 14-day right of withdrawal, as required by applicable EU consumer protection laws.
EU customers may cancel an eligible order before it has been fulfilled. If an order has already been fulfilled or delivered, EU customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with any original packaging, tags, accessories, and included items when applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Certain items may not be eligible for return where allowed by law, including used items, worn items, opened hygiene-related products, personalized/custom items, digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded, gift cards, and final sale items.
For digital products, downloads, guides, templates, planners, prompt vaults, or other digital content, refunds may not be available once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds
Refunds are only considered for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Issues
Visionary is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
